M170D High Voltage Rotary Actuator
The M170D High Voltage Rotary Actuator offers a perfect blend of high torque and small size, delivering excellent performance in demanding environments.
It is equipped with an electromagnetic brake and a large hollow shaft, ensuring low vibration and smooth operation. The M170D’s high product accuracy and absolute positioning accuracy within 20 arc seconds make it an ideal choice for precision applications.
With an IP65 and IP54 protection rating, it is highly adaptable to different environmental conditions.
This maintenance-free actuator does not require grease replacement during its entire life cycle, and after over 15,000 hours of usage, its accuracy remains stable.
Integrated Dual Absolute Encoder
- Dual-Loop Position Control
- Equipped with a 16-bit absolute multiturn encoder for the output shaft.
- Achieves repeatability of up to ±7 arc seconds.
- Delivers absolute accuracy of up to ±15 arc seconds.
- Retains the true absolute position and multi-turn counter even during power loss.
Integrated Friction Brake
- Provides smooth and stable braking performance.
- No gaps or backlash, ensuring precise and reliable operation.
- Does not require any movement upon power-on, ensuring immediate readiness. Designed with zero wear and tear, ensuring long-lasting durability.
- It can be utilised as an emergency stop, providing an added layer of safety during critical situations.
